Sorry that I haven't posted the agenda for this week up until now. Let me make some short, yet meaningful statements.
First of all, please TAKE YOUR TIME through this post, because it has a lot of important information.
The next (third) meeting will be held on Friday the 7th of 2011, at 4 PM. Have any concerns? Contact any Administrator
There will be a new agenda system that I will run. Basically, there will be NO MORE long agenda posts on the forums. Instead, a document will be passed out during the meetings, so please attend the meeting if you want to know what is going on.
YES! I know, you want to know what is going on but you cannot attend the meeting. Well, fear no more because I will post the attachment of the previous meeting on the weekly/biweekly agenda posts. Some brief notes of the meeting will also be posted HERE.
There will now be admin meetings where admins will make the big decisions after discussing it with everyone.
So, if you wonder what we talked about in the previous meeting, go check it out in the attachment!
Here are the brief notes of the meeting we had on the 28th of December.
-There will be more variety in the logo once there are sub-sections in Regionited, such as Regionited Sports.
-For the introduction, we have agreed on deleting the motto because it makes the intro too long.
-Backgrounds for Youtube and Twitter will be done by Pete
-Display pictures for Facebook and Youtube accounts will be the fireball.
-We will be releasing a video upload schedule soon in cooperation with AlphaAston. When you are wanting to upload a video (for now), please contact AlphaAston.
-Vertigo153 says that Awatierz will be his assistant in maintaining the forums.
-Facebook will be a "shared" thing, where everyone will have access to it, so that all of us can get in touch with the audience. The people who will actually make the posts will be decided later.
-Twitter will be taken charge of by Demomatt.
-Website will be taken charge of by me (for now, as a test website.) The website will be done on www.weebly.com FOR NOW, but then we will decide on buying the domain "www.regionited.com" for around 1000 baht a year.
-Replies on Twitter and Facebook will be informally written.
-We will have a Dropbox Account (haven't heard of dropbox? You can check them out at www.dropbox.com ) in which AlphaAston will be creating. We will use Dropbox for sharing passwords and access to files that EVERYBODY across Regionited would need.
-The clan tag is finalized, it is [RGN].
-Meetings and Agenda will be a cycle, they will be run weekly/biweekly. The dates are often changed because of some admins not being able to make it. The dates of meetings will be announced approximately 1 week prior to the meeting.
-To advertise Regionited, we will do the following things: 1. Contribute to other YouTube Channels 2. Pass Regionited through emails 3. Post video responses.
-Our first video will be an introduction of the staff and crew members (what we are PLANNING). This is NOT finalized.
The release of Regionited is planned to be mid-February. The exact date is not known and will be announced later on. We plan to have around 300 subscribers by July 2011 as well as 300 people on forums/Twitter/Facebook by July 2011 as well.
