Hey guys, Good Morning or Good Night in whichever timelapse you are.
I noticed that the server was offline yesterday after i logged off and wanted to go back in. When i try and rejoin it says "took too long to login"
The server was offline from 23:00- Right now. and i am unsure if it's offline or what.

mr aston, the host, is on a vacation until 16 of april, so he won't be able to fix it until then (yes this p***es me off too)

May i propose him giving files to someone else? like Vertigo since he cares about the mc server and actually plays on it. unlike Aston, Btw i never seen any of his posts of this forum wtf ?

Fruti...iWell, the thing is that Astons network is 3x faster than Vertigo's internet. Therefore his network/compute won't be able to run the server without massive amounts of lag. @everyone  This example, explains why we need to rent a vps(or any other online server provider), so that we're not depending on a single persons computer if the server is online or not. With a vps anyone with the username and password can connect and change stuff on the server. However, this is a bit more expensive than Aston hosting the server himself, especially if the server is gonna be online for a long time. SO, until we get more players and more popularity, our only choice is to have a pc-hosted server. If many people wanna pay a small amount of money each month, we might get a vps. But this may be hard to do, because someone might not agree on paying, or not be allowed by their parents at home. -Sincerely, Sim

I know that he said that Vertigo, i just wanted to inform Fruti and other wondering people why we have a pc-hosted server. We should try to make an easy and safe way to pay money so that we can get a vps. Ofc, those donating must get some special benefits like always being able to log on etc.

I just thought i should mention that a vps server i found costs like 700 thai baht(23,5$/16,5€/~125 danish or norwegian kroner). If 7 people pays, it will cost 100 thai baht(3,5$/2,5€/17-18 kroner) per month for 1 paying player. This is not too much for a good server to play on.
